This role involves managing the software development lifecycle, including coordination, prioritization, and communication across business product areas. The successful candidate will build and realize the strategy for teams to support the dynamic needs of the WAME business, focusing on hands-on development and building a client-driven technology organization. The role operates within a full Agile and DevOps model in partnership with the WAME business, designing and developing software solutions and business process solutions based on business needs. Responsibilities include leading application components of moderate complexity with guidance from a manager, providing technical design input, and focusing on quality based on Schwab’s standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Managing Information Technology, or a related field
- 48 months of experience in a related occupation
- 48 months of experience in Designing, validating, and managing enterprise data integration workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Data Validation Option (DVO), and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
- 48 months of experience in Applying Data Warehousing practices, including working with SQL Server databases and AWS Relational Database Service (RDS) to support structured data storage and reporting
- 48 months of experience in Managing batch processing and data pipeline execution through the use of BMC Control M Scheduler
- 48 months of experience in Developing automation and data processing solutions using Python and PowerShell
- 48 months of experience in Working with cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and deploying applications on the Cloud Foundry platform
- 48 months of experience in Creating business intelligence and analytical reports using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
Responsibilities
- Managing the software development lifecycle including the coordination, prioritization and communication across the business product areas.
- Building and realizing the strategy for the teams to support the dynamic needs of the WAME business.
- Hands-on development, building a client driven technology organization.
- Full Agile and DevOps model in partnership of WAME business designs/develops software solutions and business process solutions based on business needs.
- Lead application components of moderate complexity, with guidance from manager.
- Provide technical design input in overall project.
- Focus on quality based on Schwab’s standards.
