About The Position

The Society Relations team acts as a liaison between CFA Institute and its global network of CFA Societies, which are member-led organizations focused on professional development, events, advocacy, and community building within local investment markets. The Americas team is enhancing its relationship management approach to ensure consistent, proactive, and high-quality support for all societies. As the Manager, Society Relations, you will be the main point of contact for a designated group of societies in the Americas region. Your role will involve collaborating with society boards, staff, and volunteer leaders to understand their specific local needs and market conditions, assist with their business planning and governance, and connect them with CFA Institute resources and expertise to increase their value to members. You will work independently with your assigned societies, guiding them in translating their objectives into actionable plans and monitoring their progress against agreed-upon priorities. For more complex issues related to governance, funding, market dynamics, or stakeholders, you will seek guidance from the regional Society Relations leader and Senior Manager.
