Requirements

Approximately 5 to 10 years of relevant experience across social media, content, creator marketing, community, or integrated brand marketing.
Meaningful brand side experience within a culturally relevant consumer, lifestyle, hospitality, beauty, wellness, retail, or food and beverage business.
Demonstrated ownership of an organic social strategy and content calendar, with the judgment to balance long term brand building and timely cultural participation.
Strong creator marketing experience across strategy, relationship building, briefing, negotiation, activation, amplification, and measurement.
A sharp creative eye and the ability to evaluate an idea, improve a brief, direct content, and protect a consistent brand point of view.
Comfort moving from strategic planning into hands on execution in a fast growing environment.
Strong cross functional leadership, communication, agency management, and prioritization skills.
Fluency in social analytics and the ability to connect engagement, conversation, audience growth, traffic, trial, and business outcomes.
Experience building culturally inclusive work for diverse audiences.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Set the owned social vision, channel roles, audience strategy, editorial priorities, and annual roadmap across current and emerging platforms.
Build the content calendar and lead the development of social first ideas across campaigns, launches, evergreen storytelling, cultural moments, and teahouse experiences.
Bring a strong social eye and clear visual point of view to every piece of content. Write strong briefs, establish the creative bar, and partner with internal creative teams, agencies, photographers, videographers, and creators to produce distinctive work. This person should also be comfortable designing, capturing, editing, and producing social content directly when needed.
Define the creator strategy across community voices, emerging talent, tastemakers, and larger partners. Lead identification, relationship development, briefing, contracting, amplification, and measurement.
Develop programs that turn followers, members, students, and local communities into active participants and advocates for CHAGEE.
Identify relevant conversations, behaviors, formats, and partnerships while protecting the integrity of the brand.
Connect social and creator work to product launches, retail marketing, digital, loyalty, public relations, events, and the full teahouse consumer journey.
Define meaningful measures of success, read platform and business signals, share clear insights, and continually improve content, creator investment, and channel performance.
Manage agency partners, creator investment, production resources, timelines, and budgets with clarity and accountability.
Establish effective ways of working now and help shape the future social and creator organization as CHAGEE grows.
