Manager: Snowmaking
About The Position

Responsible for overseeing the manufactured snow production, Managers are organized leaders working behind the scenes to ensure high-quality snowmaking operations. Requirements
- Some college or technical training required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- 3-5 years supervisory experience required
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Nice To Haves
- snowmaking operations experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the Snowmaking department for the location such as performance, compliance, staffing, budgets, training, and development
- Review engineering and design plans, snow making operations, and maintenance programs
- Manage construction, installation and improvement projects relating to the snowmaking operation
- Review records of operational and safety performance making suggestions for improvement
- Maintain adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with other management, departments, and third-party organizations throughout the course of work
- Participate in leadership forums providing feedback and input on snowmaking operations, training, and continuous improvement opportunities.
