About The Position

The Manager, Site Merchandising, leads the design and execution of site strategies to optimize product displays, navigation, and customer engagement across multiple departments. This role leverages customer analytics and market insights to drive traffic and influence purchasing behavior while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The manager communicates effectively to present data-driven recommendations, supports category strategy development, and oversees campaign launches. By fostering strong partnerships and utilizing advanced tools, this position ensures continuous improvement in site performance and contributes to achieving business objectives through strategic merchandising and operational excellence. About the team: The Site Merchandising team designs and optimizes site layouts for campaigns and events to enhance customer engagement and increase traffic. Collaborating with marketing and cross-functional partners, the team applies customer analytics and market research to refine site content and category strategies. They manage site structure, promotional launches, and performance measurement using advanced tools. Focused on clear communication and strategic insights, the team delivers data-driven recommendations and innovative merchandising solutions that improve the online shopping experience and support the company’s business objectives. What you'll do: Build and optimize site merchandising for assigned departments by designing traffic plans, product layouts, and featured displays. Drive customer engagement through navigation strategies and collaboration with Marketing partners. Analyze customer behavior and market data to recommend site improvements and category strategies. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership. Manage product discovery, roadmap development, and campaign launches to enhance site performance. Utilize SEO best practices and web analytics to measure and improve site traffic and content relevance. Lead and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in site navigation, visual merchandising methodologies, and site tools such as Tempo and Tango.
  • Strong ability to design and execute category strategies that drive customer traffic and optimize product layouts.
  • Proficiency in analyzing customer analytics and market research to inform site and merchandising decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and present complex information clearly.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and business partners to align site initiatives with customer insights.
  • Ability to develop reports and storytelling through data visualization and business communication.
  • Skilled in stakeholder partnership, problem-solving, and driving actionable recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in merchandising, visual design, business management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area.
