Requirements

  • You bring a sharp creative instinct and the ability to turn feedback into culturally resonant ideas that move the brand forward. You understand consumers deeply—how they think, what they care about, and how culture and social shape their choices. Curiosity drives you, and you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, exploring new angles, and pushing past the obvious to find what’s fresh.
  • You’re fluent in digital culture and today’s social behaviors, with a clear sense of what sparks engagement and relevance. You think globally, understand how to work across markets, and can simplify complexity into clear strategic direction. You influence through strong storytelling—whether you’re partnering with cross‑functional teams or collaborating with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns, steering the full IMC development process to bring globally resonant ideas to life.
  • Produce world‑class creative assets that set the standard for markets worldwide and fuel cohesive, high‑impact global campaigns.
  • Partner with the go-to-market team to build programs that markets can easily adopt, adapt, and activate with confidence and consistency.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships team to nurture key relationships, unlock new opportunities, and ensure seamless alignment throughout campaign development.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with leadership on high‑visibility strategic initiatives—such as the evolution of our restaurant experience, category strategies, and other brand‑defining projects that shape the future of the business.
