As Senior Manager of Social Campaigns, you will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of social-first campaigns that show up powerfully in culture. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and creative—translating business priorities and cultural moments into engaging social ideas. You’ll be at the forefront of how Starbucks shows up in the world—translating brand, consumer, and cultural insights into compelling content that sparks conversation, drives engagement, and builds brand love. As a senior manager, Social Campaigns you will… Bring the Starbucks brand obsession to life through the lens of social, modernizing an iconic brand through innovative, highly creative content across channels every day. Own the social campaign strategy for key brand, product, and cultural moments—from brief to launch to optimization. Partner with external agencies, ensuring strategic rigor and creative excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and publish content that drives brand relevance and earned media. Use insights to inform strategy, leveraging data, trends, and performance metrics to continuously optimize content and channel approach. Champion creative storytelling, bringing fresh ideas and bold thinking to how we show up in the digital world.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Proven ability to lead and execute large-scale, high-visibility social campaigns
  • Comfort balancing creativity with data, speed with intention
  • Experience managing social media teams or agencies
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and emerging technologies
  • A passion for culture, creativity, and community

  • If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
  • For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
