The Senior Growth Marketing & Campaigns Manager turns Skaled’s business priorities, service offerings, and market point of view into integrated marketing programs that generate awareness, engagement, qualified demand, and measurable pipeline growth. This role sits at the center of Skaled’s growth engine. You will architect and manage the campaign strategy that connects Skaled’s thought leadership, client success stories, GTM service lines, workshops, assessments, AI offerings, and executive insights to real commercial outcomes. Success requires someone who has operated in consulting-style environments—managing multiple concurrent engagements, driving structured delivery, and ensuring consistency across shifting priorities. You must be able to think like a strategist, write like a marketer, operate like a program manager, and communicate with the nuance required in client-facing consulting. You won’t personally own every channel, but you will be accountable for ensuring the right work gets planned, built, launched, and optimized across the full campaign ecosystem.
