About The Position

Responsible for overseeing Customer Service and Self Pay collections. Provide training, support, and oversight to enable a high level of customer satisfaction and collect patient accounts receivable in a timely manner, in compliance with all regulatory and intermediary requirements.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in a related role with several years in a supervisory capacity
• 3 years experience in billing operations and collections
• 3 years experience in healthcare receivables and/or insurance claims processing
• 3 years experience with computerized billing systems, preferably EPIC
• 3 years experience in Customer Service Management
