The Simulation Program Manager (SIM PM) will operationally manage the Simulation Center, as well as oversee the Longitudinal Clinical Placement (LCP) program. This role will oversee the scheduling, equipment, and policies of the SIM Center, as well as provide support, both operationally and technically, to the rest of the SIM center team. The SIM PM will also participate in the development, implementation, evaluation and enhancement of the School of Medicine's Longitudinal Clinical Preceptorship experience as part of the clinical skills curriculum including the transitional clerkship. Oversee and implement the student scheduling and communications as well as the preceptor communications functioning as the first-line contact to students, faculty, preceptors, sites and school administration for any concerns or questions related to the preceptorship. This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days per week on site to accommodate the simulation lab schedule in Nutley.
