As our Service Manager, you’ll lead with purpose—guiding your team to deliver dependable service while building strong, lasting relationships with customers. You’ll set the tone for safety, accountability, and performance, ensuring your department runs smoothly and profitably while supporting the people behind the work. Requirements

Experience leading or supervising a team, with a focus on coaching and accountability
Solid business acumen, including understanding of budgets, performance, and customer service
Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with equipment service (forklift industry experience is a plus)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with comfort using Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Service Department, overseeing financial performance, team development, and daily operations
Champion a strong safety culture by leading meetings, supporting incident investigations, and reinforcing safe practices
Coach and support your team to deliver high-quality repairs, accurate quotes, and timely job completion
Build trusted customer relationships through regular communication, problem-solving, and partnership with key accounts
