About The Position

As Manager of Service Delivery, you will lead the solutions delivery team to drive high performance standards and deliver best-in-class technology solutions and services to clients. You will build strong strategic relationships with client-facing teams and be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and continuously enhancing provider-focused solutions. Your role in our mission is to build future-ready, high-performing teams, deliver best-in-class technology solutions and services, identify and implement improvement and optimization initiatives, lead/support organization-wide projects, lead/support organizational change, and support sales pursuits and solution deployments.

Requirements

  • Strong team management and leadership experience
  • Experience managing software development teams, SDLC
  • Experience managing service operation; ITIL4 cert preferred
  • Managing projects (PMP preferred) and change-leadership
  • Knowledge and experience in healthcare; preferably Medicaid provider-solutions

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL4 cert preferred
  • PMP preferred
