About The Position

We are seeking a highly strategic, technically proficient, and collaborative individual to manage a team of product managers for our Sera & Protein Essentials product portfolio. You will lead a team of product managers, shaping the future of Sera & Protein Essentials through strategic partnerships, commercial engagement, and market expansion. You will be responsible for guiding the team to execute portfolio supply & demand management (including forecasts), pricing, commercial activities, go-to-market and campaign development, channel management (digital and commercial), cross functional leadership in OpEx, and more.

Requirements

  • Masters’ Degree or PhD in Biology or relevant scientific discipline preferred.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in product management within the life sciences or biotechnology sectors
  • 3+ years of management within product management, marketing, commercial, or similar functions

  • Experience in commercial area is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to lead an organization by promoting competency, development and inspiring others.
  • Experience working across organizational lines to translate market trends and opportunities into financial business plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
  • Proficient in data analysis and strategic planning tools, using metrics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
  • Experience or understanding of complex supply chain functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to drive product innovation and differentiation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of sera, antibodies, bioactive small molecules, and related products, from ideation to commercialization (and exit as necessary).
  • Develop pricing strategies informed by competitive analysis, value modeling, and total cost to serve. Establish pricing margin bands and approve exceptions as needed.
  • Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, supply and value chain teams, commercial teams, and regulatory affairs to ensure successful product execution and market fit.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop compelling value propositions, positioning strategies, and commercial launch plans.
  • Define and monitor key success metrics to assess portfolio performance and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Responsible for delivering financial targets; revenue growth, margin contribution, and PVE.
