This leader sets the strategic direction for firmwide paralegal and docketing operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality support, equitable workload distribution, and alignment across offices and practice areas. The role oversees a team of paralegals, paralegal assistants, and docketing professionals, while also mentoring staff, developing clear career pathways, and driving innovation through enhanced systems, technology, and collaboration. The position also supports assignments and workflow, coordinating staffing and resource management to promote transparency, balance workloads, and strengthen client service. The ideal candidate will bring deep paralegal experience and a forward-looking mindset.
