About The Position

This role is for an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) engineer within the IAM team, focusing on SailPoint & Oracle suite of products. The engineer will be responsible for building, executing, and deploying Access Management solutions. This includes collaborating with Governance, Security Architecture, and Business application teams to design and demonstrate architectural solutions. The role involves coordinating with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Support/Operations leads for the successful rollout of solutions from design to production. The position requires developing custom IGA solutions using SailPoint & Java frameworks, reviewing IAM Security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures, and providing strategic technical direction. The individual will work closely with peer groups to achieve organizational objectives and will have overall accountability for technical document delivery, technical support, and hands-on technical work. Additionally, the role involves overseeing adherence to applicable Security Controls, Policies, and Standards, and partnering with business owners and technology groups to remediate gaps.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation
Experience must include 72 months involving the following: Oracle Identity Manager; Oracle Access Manager; SailPoint IIQ; PingFederate; REST, SOA EPL; Active Directory LDAP; Salesforce; SQL Database; and Unix Shell Scripting.

Nice To Haves

Technical experience in programming and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript is preferred.

Responsibilities

Work as an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) engineer for SailPoint & Oracle suite of products for the IAM team to build, execute & deploy Access management solutions.
Work with Governance, Security Architecture & Business application teams to design & demonstrate the architectural designs.
Co-ordinate with Scrum Masters, Project managers, Business Analysts, Support & Operations leads and rollout the solutions from design to production.
Develop Custom IGA solutions using SailPoint & Java frameworks.
Review IAM Security polices standards, guidelines, and procedures.
Work closely with IAM Organization to deliver the proposed solutions and provide strategic technical direction across the team.
Work closely with peer groups to achieve Organizational objectives.
Overall accountability for technical document delivery, technical support, and hands on technical work.
Oversee adherence to applicable Security Controls, Policies and Standards; partner with business owners and technology groups to synchronize plans to remediate gaps.
