About The Position

Lead and implement Supply Chain Excellence initiatives of Supply Chain Management (SCM) tools, SAP IBP, SAP PP/DS, and related supply chain business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and transformation initiatives. Identify improvement opportunities of supply chain analytics, reporting capabilities, and performance metrics to improve service levels, inventory optimization, working capital, cash flow, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) effectiveness, and overall supply chain costs. Drive continuous improvement, and process standardization initiatives across operational and strategic Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes to enhance supply chain performance and business results. Support change management, user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes across all sites/departments within SCM for the Lubricant Additives business unit. Partner with senior SCM leadership in the Business Unit to provide regular project updates, KPI tracking, and governance metrics supporting strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years professional work experience
  • The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced technical knowledge of SAP IBP, SAP MRP/PPDS, and supply chain planning processes
  • Strong analytical skills, documentation, testing, process governance, and continuous improvement mindset

  • BS/BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Sciences, Engineering, Finance or related field
