$121,300 - $190,630

About The Position

At Delta Faucet, we are committed to transforming everyday experiences with water through innovative products and exceptional service. As a leader in the plumbing industry, we take pride in our dedication to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. We believe that diverse perspectives strengthen our mission to create solutions that inspire and elevate the lives of all our customers. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us on this journey toward inclusivity and excellence. Your Role at Delta Faucet: Are you ready to shape how SAP delivers business value across the enterprise? As Manager, SAP Business Process Management, you will lead the business-side stewardship of SAP, owning the process governance, demand, and continuous improvement agenda across finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and product management. You will lead cross-functional planning forums, evaluate enterprise-wide impacts, and help ensure SAP evolves as a scalable, evergreen enterprise platform. Success requires broad SAP business fluency, including the ability to see how work in one area affects others and to challenge, prioritize, and steward SAP as an enterprise asset. The role thinks architecturally about how SAP evolves, favoring scalable, evergreen solutions over one-off complexity. It leads through governance, facilitation, and cross-functional impact assessment, partnering with functional managers who own hands-on solution design. Why Join Us? Join a team where SAP is treated as a strategic enterprise asset — and where you'll shape how it evolves. You'll lead demand, process governance, and continuous improvement across some of the business's most important platforms, partnering with technical operations, functional managers, and business leaders to turn ideas into outcomes. You'll work at the intersection of business and technology, orchestrate cross-functional forums that drive real decisions, and take on the kind of enterprise-wide challenges that make SAP business ownership genuinely interesting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, including internal staff, augmented resources, and third-party vendors such as AMS providers.
  • Broad SAP business fluency across finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and product management. Deep expertise in any single functional area is not required; the ability to see across all of them is.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP demand management, release planning, and continuous improvement in a run-the-business context.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) frameworks, including incident, change, release, and problem management.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives, with working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement frameworks.
  • Proficiency in operational governance, including SOP management, process documentation, and training enablement.
  • Familiarity with automated testing and regression validation practices in enterprise SAP environments (Tricentis Tosca or similar).
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to SAP Fiori and modern SAP user experience adoption preferred.
  • Relevant certifications and experience preferred, such as SAP Activate, ITIL 4, Lean Six Sigma, or prior involvement in an SAP RISE transition.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as SAP Business Platform Owner, partnering with the Manager, Enterprise Technical Operations (Technical Platform Owner) to steward SAP as an enterprise platform — including strategy, roadmap, evergreen platform evolution, demand, and continuous improvement.
  • Own end-to-end business process governance for SAP, including business process design guardrails, cross-functional impact assessment, and standardization across finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and product management.
  • Lead SAP demand management across enhancements, standard changes, mini-projects that fall between changes and the formal IT project portfolio, and continuous improvement ideas — including intake, evaluation, prioritization, orchestration, and assessment of enterprise-wide impacts across processes, systems, and integrations. Balance business priorities, resource capacity, risk, and value realization.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning forums, including the Demand Planning Council, RTB/Sustainment Planning, and Release Planning, in co-ownership with the Manager, Enterprise Technical Operations.
  • Serve as the business-facing point of accountability for SAP incidents and issues, ensuring clear, timely communication to affected business functions and stakeholders during resolution.
  • Own the SAP end-to-end business process test catalog and advance business process test coverage and automation maturity on Tricentis Tosca (with AMS executing regression coverage). Maintain SAP process knowledge, SOPs, and Solution Sustainment training libraries. Participate in UAT to support the transition of new capabilities into operational support.
  • Drive day-to-day continuous improvement across SAP business processes, curating and prioritizing CI ideas in partnership with the Manager, Enterprise Technical Operations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of business process and solution professionals spanning internal staff, staff augmentation resources, and AMS partners, providing mentorship, stretch opportunities, and continuous learning to grow individual and team capability.
  • Own the enterprise staff augmentation partner relationship, including capacity planning, resource sourcing, onboarding, and continuity of knowledge. Fulfill staff augmentation demand for SAP business process operations directly, and for broader IT needs including project work and non-SAP skill sets as identified through the monthly portfolio planning process.
  • Manage the operating budget for SAP business processes and operations, including technology renewals and support investments.
  • Partner with VRO on vendor performance and accountability across AMS and staff augmentation partners.
