With over 50 laboratories and more than 40 service centers nationwide, Eurofins Environment Testing provides full-service environmental analysis across all 50 states. Our network supports public and private clients—including DoD, DOE, and municipalities—through robust logistics and continuous investment in people, technology, and infrastructure. We offer comprehensive testing for air, water, soil, sediment, tissue, and waste, covering a wide range of analytes including PFAS, metals, VOCs/SVOCs, radiochemicals, and more. This position is full-time day shift Monday - Friday. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Concord, New Hampshire are encouraged to apply. Compensation- $60,000 (DOE).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience or similar experience with customer service, sample login and creation of sample collection kits
  • 2 years as Sample Login Supervisor- environmental samples preferred
  • Must be able to work standing for most of the day
  • Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.

Nice To Haves

  • BS or BA degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in an environmental lab is a plus
  • Prior experience with managing people
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Good financial acumen is a plus
  • Delegation skills to foster employee development

Responsibilities

  • Assures compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements and serves as a resource for employees
  • Adherence to QA and QC protocols
  • Responsible for approval of time worked, approving paid time off and other administrative duties.
  • Develops and monitors group work schedules based on current and projected workloads and adjusts staffing resources as needed
  • Ensures that the laboratory group members maintain effective communication in order to eliminate waste and scheduling delays.
  • Continually developing a team that works well together
  • Adherence to corporate policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Responsible for departmental SOPs
  • Sets targets, standards for and monitors productivity and timeliness within the group
  • Responsible for maintaining of proper inventory of supplies to effectively manage costs while meeting customer objectives and needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
