We are looking for a Manager, Salesforce Platform, to own and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and integrations powered by MuleSoft. In this role you’ll blend light, targeted administration with product management. You’ll serve as the platform owner and accountable decision maker for our CRM, marketing automation, and integration ecosystem, acting as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, and our managed service partners. This is a hand-on role for someone who is equally passionate about governance and collaboration and can create an environment that ensures disciplined release management and adoption. While our managed service partners will execute most of the day-to-day administration and development, you will ensure the platform remains reliable, user-friendly, and tightly aligned to Torani’s business goals.
