Requirements

  • Strong Salesforce platform expertise, including Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, testing, and integrations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and SDLC/Agile practices.
  • Proven Salesforce administration, development, architecture, and best-practice experience.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring admins and developers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, estimation, and consulting skills.
  • Excellent technical and non-technical communication with business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable evaluating tradeoffs, risks, and solution options with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the development and integration of AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, and Einstein capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Salesforce admins and developers.
  • Serve as a hands-on DevOps leader across release, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
  • Partner with Salesforce analysts to identify improvement opportunities and deliver technology that improves operational efficiency.
  • Support data cleanup, migration, Salesforce tooling, and third-party integrations.
  • Create high-level architecture diagrams covering technical and business processes.
  • Estimate level of effort for proposed solutions and communicate benefits, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout product development, deployment, and post-release support.
