Our mission is to equip clients with innovative solutions that safeguard critical assets and provide a strategic advantage in today’s evolving security landscape. i2G Systems is seeking a commercially minded Manager of Sales & Product Finance to serve as the critical financial link for our Sales and Product leadership teams. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will act as a finance business partner, ensuring that our go-to-market strategies and product development are grounded in profitable unit economics and rigorous revenue recognition standards. This is a dual-purpose role: you will drive sales productivity, pipeline transparency, and deep-dive analysis while managing the financial lifecycle of our SaaS-style product development. Additionally, you will serve as the Project Controller, monitoring the profitability and performance of current deployments to ensure we deliver value on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–8 years of finance experience, with 3+ years supporting Sales/Product in a recurring revenue or technology-driven environment.
  • Technical Stack: Advanced Salesforce proficiency is mandatory. You must be able to extract, manipulate, and audit CRM data to drive insights.
  • Modeling Expertise: Expert-level Excel skills; ability to build "what-if" scenarios for pricing, commission accelerators, and product roadmaps.
  • Business Partnership: Proven track record of influencing non-finance leaders through data-backed narratives. Being flexible and collaborative is a must for this role
  • Accounting Fluency: Strong understanding of SaaS-style revenue recognition (ASC 606), subscription lifecycles, and project-based accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary advisor to Sales Leadership, providing analytics on sales funnels and conversion rates trends using Salesforce as the single source of truth.
  • Deal Desk & Revenue Recognition: Lead the financial "Deal Desk." Review and approve terms and conditions for complex, multi-year contracts, prescribing appropriate revenue recognition methods and margin thresholds.
  • Commercial Visibility: Develop real-time dashboards for the CFO and Head of Sales to monitor sales velocity and "look around corners" regarding revenue risks.
  • Quota & Commission Management: Design and track sales incentive plans aligned with corporate EBITDA goals; ensure accurate and timely commission calculations.
  • Project Controllership: Partner with Project Management to ensure deployments remain on track while maximizing project-level profitability.
  • Our Service Offerings are our products: Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the to the team charged with developing new service offerings, particularly our recurring revenue business. Define recurring revenue policies and track critical KPIs (CAC, LTV, and Churn).
  • Investment Modeling: Build business cases for new feature sets and product launches to ensure development resources are allocated to the highest-ROI initiatives.
  • Global Expansion Support: Adapt US commercial models for international markets, accounting for localized pricing, tax implications, and regional cost structures in EMEA.
