About The Position

Our Sales Operations team members support our theater leaders, account managers, and systems engineers to ensure our market-leading cybersecurity solutions scale efficiently. Operating both as strategic planners and technical innovators, we work behind the scenes to optimize the sales ecosystem. We empower the field by building the predictive models, reporting structures, and automated processes that drive hyper-growth. It’s a true partnership, built on securing the digital way of life for our global clients. This role requires a strong, forward-thinking operations leader to support North America (NAM) Sales Planning & NetSec Sales Operations. You will design and govern the structural GTM framework for the entire theater—managing segmentation, territory rules, and quota deployment—while simultaneously acting as the operational anchor for our fast-growing SASE/NetSec business line.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing theater-level or region-wide planning cycles, capacity modeling, quota policies, and segment/territory rule design.
  • Mastery in leveraging modern AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to drive process automation and business intelligence enhancements.
  • Fluency in CRM and forecasting architecture (Salesforce, Clari, and G-Suite) is required.
  • Proven capability to program-manage complex, cross-functional initiatives under tight corporate timelines, balancing immediate field requests with long-range structural planning.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS business models.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex data, policies, and GTM structures to senior sales leadership.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related analytical discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Specialized experience with SASE or network security forecasting models is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and orchestrate the comprehensive North America annual and mid-year planning lifecycles.
  • Establish, implement, and govern theater-wide quota management policies and standardized territory design rules.

  • Champion the architecture and execution of AI-driven automation for core operational workflows, specifically scaling the mechanics of quota deployment, territory management rules, and participant tracking.
  • Serve as the strategic operational anchor for the SASE business, driving the weekly forecasting cadence, tracking pipeline health, and delivering product-level performance visibility.
  • Deliver high-value, predictive analytics and automated dashboards that provide NAM leadership with actionable insight into organizational capacity and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Review existing GTM workflows, leverage advanced AI capabilities to eliminate operational friction, and document institutional best practices to ensure a highly scalable sales ops infrastructure.
  • Partner closely with Field Operations, Compensation, Finance, and HR teams to seamlessly execute strategic business directives involving CRM systems and organizational design.
