We are seeking a high impact Manager, Sales Performance & Engagement to help shape how our Client Solutions Centre drives results through motivated, engaged, and high performing sales teams. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, performance strategy, and employee engagement, supporting a frontline telephone sales organization of 100+ consultants selling wealth and insurance solutions. This is an ideal role for someone who brings strong analytical capability, natural curiosity, and a passion for translating insight into action—while also caring deeply about how performance programs motivate and engage people. You will play a visible role in influencing both business outcomes and the day-to-day experience of our sales teams in a fast-paced environment, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and performance strategy.
