Our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solution is a unique blend of human expertise and security, which protects organizations from modern adversaries as their teams work remotely, move to the cloud, and they adopt new cybersecurity and IT technologies. We're looking for an experienced Sales Engineering Manager to join our Sales Engineering team. Reporting to the VP, Sales Engineering, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading sales engineering teams, ideally in the cyber security industry, or a tenured sales engineer with experience as technical lead
  • Strong, related technical background in cyber security, such as endpoint, network security, incident response, or related subject areas
  • Proven track record of mentoring and developing team members and guiding them to success

  • Proven track record to command a room, lead sophisticated technical and business conversations with C-suite executives, as well as technical staff

Responsibilities

  • Coaching, enabling and empowering a team of experienced Sales Engineers to deliver against assigned goals
  • Leading individual and team performance, ensuring that we are taking the necessary actions to maintain high levels of performance
  • Strengthening the team by setting shared goals, information sharing, and establishing mentoring relationships
  • Assessing gaps in evolving training needs and then create and implement programs to improve sales, product and technology skills of the Sales Engineering team
  • Working to improve our sales methodology and processes effectively, including development of product presentations and demonstrations tailored to suit the level and nature of the audience
