Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales enablement, or sales operations–adjacent roles
  • Experience building onboarding, ramp, or training programs for a sales team
  • Proven ability to coach Account Executives without carrying a quota
  • Experience with Gong or a similar conversation intelligence platform
  • Comfort partnering with Marketing to develop sales content and tools
  • High comfort with pipeline analysis, forecasting, and deal inspection
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Design and own onboarding and ramp curriculum for new Account Executives
  • Use Gong to inspect calls, pipeline health, and deal engagement to identify coaching needs and skill gaps
  • Coach AEs on deal strategy, pipeline prioritization, and close planning; help unblock and accelerate stalled deals
  • Partner with Marketing to identify, prioritize, and build the sales content and tools reps need — battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling guides — as gaps surface through coaching
  • Run weekly pipeline and forecast reviews to reinforce process, hygiene, and consistent use of sales methodology
  • Analyze pipeline and performance data to identify execution gaps and inform enablement priorities
  • Report on KPIs including quota attainment, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and ramp time
  • Other duties as assigned.
