The Role We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to help translate strategy into scalable execution across our Sales team. This role is critical to helping Cedar's go-to-market teams operate with clarity, consistency, and confidence, especially in a high-complexity, low-process environment. As our Sales Enablement Manager, you will deliver sales onboarding, run product and sales process training, and create tools that support how our field teams learn and sell. This role is perfect for someone who knows that enablement is more than delivering content. You understand how to drive behavior change, build scalable systems, and bring clarity to complex environments.
