BILL is currently building out our Enablement team and will be hiring a Senior GTM (Go to Market) Enablement Manager to assist in the acceleration of the performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of our GTM teams within our Revenue Org by contributing to our end-to-end enablement program. The Senior GTM Enablement Manager will be responsible for owning Revenue new hire (and internal transfer / promo) onboarding programming from start to finish. This includes ensuring our new reps are equipped from day one with the right resources and training to ramp to productivity and excel at BILL. You will deliver high quality execution of the existing program, while innovating on new components to improve and extend the onboarding experience beyond the first month. You will also assist with additional Enablement initiatives such as supporting annual Sales Kickoff Events, Sales Methodology training, and front line manager enablement.
