For more information, please visit solera.com. The Role We are seeking a high-impact, data-driven SDR Manager to lead our Sales Development team within the Franchise and Independent Dealer segment. Based in our Westlake, Texas office, you will be the architect of our top-of-funnel engine. You are responsible for leading a team that serves as the first point of contact for Solera—creating powerful first impressions and generating a consistent, high-quality pipeline. You will lead a team of SDRs tasked with both capturing inbound interest and executing aggressive cold outbound strategies to pique interest in our industry-leading software solutions. The ideal leader has a deep understanding of the franchise and independent dealer landscape and the "speed of trust" required to move prospects from a cold call to a Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO).
