About The Position

CES Power is seeking an experienced Sales Administration Manager to build, lead, and optimize our Sales Administration team based at our Las Vegas headquarters. This is a unique opportunity to establish a critical operational function that supports our growing commercial organization while helping power some of the world's most recognized live events, broadcasts, and industrial projects. As a working manager, you will lead a team responsible for the administrative components of the quote-to-cash lifecycle while also personally handling complex and high-priority transactions. You will establish processes, service standards, reporting, and controls that drive efficiency, accountability, and exceptional customer support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales administration, order management, contract administration, quote-to-cash, billing operations, or similar functions.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing people, workflows, or shared services teams.
  • Experience developing service levels, enforcing process controls, and improving operational workflows.
  • Strong CRM, reporting, and Microsoft 365 skills, including advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading a centralized sales administration or shared services team.
  • Background in industrial services, rental equipment, project-based businesses, construction, field services, or live events.
  • Experience working across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering functions.
  • Knowledge of dashboards, capacity planning, and continuous improvement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead CES Power's centralized Sales Administration function.
  • Develop workflows, service levels, performance metrics, and operating procedures.
  • Manage work intake, prioritization, staffing coverage, and escalation processes.
  • Oversee CRM quote creation, contract administration, change orders, billing support, and closeout activities.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Credit teams to ensure smooth cross-functional execution.
  • Establish controls, approval processes, and documentation standards.
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and lead a high-performing Sales Administration team.
  • Drive continuous improvement through reporting, analytics, and process optimization.
  • Serve as a hands-on leader during peak periods and business-critical situations.
