Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business administration, logistics, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, supply chain operations, inventory management, production planning, or a related field required.
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial capacity required.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in supply chain planning, inventory management, or operations management or equivalent certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manages supply chain planning and operations activities across one or more work areas to support service, inventory, and execution objectives.
- Directs short-term planning cycles, operational reviews, and exception management processes to maintain alignment with business needs.
- Analyzes performance trends, supply and demand issues, and execution risks to prioritize actions and improve operational outcomes.
- Partners with sourcing, logistics, warehouse, customer operations, and other stakeholders to resolve cross-functional issues and maintain continuity.
- Establishes reporting routines, process controls, and workflow standards that improve planning accuracy and operational transparency.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency, data quality, and responsiveness across the function.
- Manages team priorities, workload distribution, and capability development to support consistent execution and service delivery.
