Adyen is seeking a Manager, Rewards for the Americas Region (Brazil, Canada, Mexico and the United States) who is excited to join the Global People team to contribute to the growth and scale of the company. Our ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, is highly data-driven, analytical, takes ownership, works collaboratively and is not afraid to roll-up-their-sleeves to get work done. This role will be located in San Francisco, CA and report to the VP, Global Rewards. This role will impact Adyen as a player coach, leading a team of compensation & benefits experts, and partner closely with HR, Recruiting, and Business Leadership teams to develop and implement compensation & benefits strategies, policies, and programs that attract and retain top talent with a focus on compensation. The successful candidate will provide strategic insights into our rewards design and structure, support global hiring efforts, and ensure our offerings remain equitable and competitive for our teams in the Americas Region.
