About The Position
Join our Revenue Cycle Leadership Team at One Ford Place, our corporate headquarters in Detroit's New Center. Located steps from Amtrak, the QLINE, and the Fisher Buildings, this role combines downtown energy with accessibility. Our team is dedicated to optimizing revenue cycle processes, ensuring efficient and compassionate care across inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory, hospice, and emergency services. We focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering memorable patient experiences while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. As the Manager - Revenue Services, you will lead and coordinate operational and personnel functions within the revenue cycle, including insurance verification, self-pay conversions, and registration services. Your expertise will drive process improvements, performance monitoring, and quality initiatives, ensuring a customer-focused and efficient operation that supports both patients and staff across Henry Ford Health.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or five (5) years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Five (5) years of revenue cycle experience, including billing, registration, and point of service collections.
- Three (3) years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle processes and state/government billing standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and the Internet.
- Ability to analyze reports, problem-solve, and implement solution-based ideas.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities
