Position Summary Develops system improvements, communicates impacts to relevant stakeholders, and manages training within traffic and related departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of traffic or rating experience.
  • Knowledge of bill entry and rating processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the General Rate Increase with cross-functional departments, oversees testing, and audits post-implementation for accuracy.
  • Develops processes based on system requirements to automate customer rate management.
  • Adjusts staffing needs daily, reallocating cross-trained clerks as required to manage workload efficiently.
  • Monitors productivity of clerks, providing feedback to ensure departmental performance meets or exceeds standards.
  • Defines targets and ensures compliance for the quoting call abandonment rate.
  • Oversees and assigns resources for testing and implementing system changes, ensuring post-implementation accuracy in billing and rating.
  • Analyzes revenue adjustment root causes and implements action plans to minimize future adjustments.
  • Partners with auditors to review and improve revenue management controls.
