About The Position

The Manager, Revenue Growth Management will support the identification of new partnership opportunities, relationship management strategies, and innovation initiatives beyond the existing portfolio to drive revenue growth. This role will assist in defining and managing supplier top-to-top relationships and governance structures to enhance collaboration and accountability. The Manager will work with the Director in developing agendas, establishing discussion priorities, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking action items across the governance model. This position requires gathering internal stakeholder insights and collaborating with suppliers to align on key initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic priorities. The Manager will also evaluate, validate, and process supplier pricing changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives, and establish performance objectives, track progress, and ensure consistent execution across supplier partnerships and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience
  • Experience partnering with Business Intelligence
  • Experience with Snowflake and SQL server
  • Experience with Alteryx
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
