About The Position

The Manager, Brand Revenue Growth Management (RGM) plays a critical role in driving profitable growth by supporting the development and execution of pricing, promotion, and portfolio strategies across assigned brands. This role is highly analytical and cross-functional, acting as a key partner to Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Channel RGM teams. While contributing broadly to core RGM processes, the role also leads innovation-related governance (NPI processes) and ensures robust financial and commercial inputs into business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in RGM, Commercial Finance, Sales Strategy, or Marketing Analytics
  • CPG or similar industry experience preferred
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights
  • Strong commercial and sales knowledge, understanding customer strategies and processes.
  • Effective cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and concise communication of complex information
  • Advanced Excel
  • French & English language (written and spoken) are required

Responsibilities

  • Lead RGM input into cross-functional innovation (NPI) processes and category meetings
  • Ensure alignment on volume, pricing, and margin assumptions for new product launches
  • Support delivery of innovation initiatives on time and in line with financial targets
  • Track post-launch performance and identify gaps vs. plan
  • Support portfolio optimization and end-of-life (EOL) recommendations
  • Monitor competitive pricing and promotional activity; identify risks and opportunities
  • Support execution of pricing strategies and price-pack architecture
  • Analyze promotional effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Lead monthly category and business reviews with actionable insights
  • Analyze revenue, volume, and margin performance drivers
  • Track RGM KPIs and highlight gaps vs. targets
  • Contribute to the Annual Commercial Planning (ACP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Support forecasting (volume, promotions, financials)
  • Assist in trade spend tracking and optimization
  • Partner with Sales and Channel RGM teams to support pricing and promotion execution
  • Provide analytical inputs for customer planning and SKU-level decisions
  • Support preparation of insights and materials for commercial discussions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and RGM tools
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of analyses
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply teams
