About The Position

CVS Health is hiring a Manager, Revenue Cycle to lead critical aspects of billing operations and manage smaller teams responsible for day-to-day work. The manager will develop a team focused on electronic eligibility responses, timely claims billing, accurate payment posting, and an optimized insurance follow-up process. The role also creates process documentation to support clear communication and efficient, accurate, compliant billing workflows, and works with business leaders to provide consistent billing guidance and improve the clean claim rate.

Requirements

At least 5–7 years of professional experience in healthcare management leading a team of individual contributors.
Experience overseeing projects and processes that require complex resolution within short- and long-term timelines.
Experience working with legal and compliance partners to support proper billing and coding guidelines.
Baseline discipline experience as a business analyst, report writer, project manager, or in a similar role.

Nice To Haves

Epic Professional Billing (PB Resolute) experience.
Epic PB reporting experience, including Slicer Dicer and Workbench Reporting.
AAPC certification (CPB, CPC, or CRC).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ability to analyze and interpret status and outcome reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
