Position Summary: The Retail Pricing Strategy Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the development, consistent execution, and ongoing evaluation of retail pricing strategies for our corporate retail stores and the suggested retail price zones for our independent retail customers. This includes all aspects of strategy development, execution, pricing architecture, standards, and guidelines. An essential part of this role is maintaining business partnerships with Merchandising, Retail and Marketing leaders to ensure pricing strategies help deliver business objectives. This role is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Pricing Analysts, providing guidance to the team while fostering individual ownership and accountability.
