About The Position

The Manager, Retail Experience and Marketing leads branch merchandising and marketing efforts across the AAA-MWG footprint. In addition to leading the team in strategy and day-to-day execution, this role will build the foundational infrastructure—annual plans, calendars, workflows, and guidelines—that ensures every marketing touchpoint in the retail channel is intentional and brand-aligned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated, omnichannel Marketing, preferably in retail marketing or with a focus on consumer experience.
  • Experience creating and implementing marketing processes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop plans to support branch and business objectives and ensure a positive Member experience
  • Support branch development projects across updates, retrofits, and strategic projects (new locations, renovations, relocations). This includes space planning, floor plans, branded graphics, and business requirements for all retail locations.
  • Design and implement a centralized process and calendar that organizes all branch marketing, including comprehensive marketing guidelines.
  • Lead the team in design and production of branch marketing assets, including email, direct mail, branch signage, branch audio, and digital / video materials.
  • Develop an audit process to ensure branch compliance with merchandising standards, to include required branch reporting, quarterly meetings, and branch visits.
  • Partner with media agencies to lead paid marketing efforts in support of key branch initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with a broad group of stakeholders (branch operations, line of business partners, marketing shared services) to maintain line of sight to business priorities and continually update Marketing plans.
  • Oversee the branch/channel central marketing budget, providing monthly updates and strategic recommendations for spend optimization.
  • Manage and develop branch marketing and merchandising team.
