About The Position

As Manager, Results Technology, you will lead the delivery of the timing, scoring, and results systems that put every result on the world's screens. In the years leading up to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, you will plan and drive a complex, multi-vendor technology program from the ground up — owning schedules, milestones, and readiness across departments and venues. You will coordinate partners, manage risk, and prepare systems for flawless Games-time operation, creating the reliable technology backbone a global audience will trust the moment competition begins.

When an athlete crosses the line, the world sees the result in an instant — because the technology behind it worked flawlessly. In this role, you help make that moment possible, delivering the timing and results systems that a global audience will trust throughout the Games.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering or sports management is required for this role
• 5+ years of large-scale technology project management, planning and delivering complex, multi-vendor technology programs to fixed, immovable deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with timing, scoring, and results systems, including their systems integration and end-to-end operational readiness planning.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills spanning technical, commercial, and delivery partners at every level of a complex delivery program.
• Proven sporting event delivery experience, ideally supporting the delivery of major, high-visibility international sporting events under significant operational complexity.

Nice To Haves

• Experience delivering technology projects at venue and event scale.
• Familiarity with LA Games venues and their operating environments.
• Experience supporting the delivery of sporting events in the United States.
• Comfort working with delivery partners such as Omega and Deloitte.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across the integrated timing, scoring, and results technology program.
• Own RAID management — risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies — from early planning through to Games-time readiness.
• Drive transition and readiness planning to prepare the results systems for reliable, uninterrupted Games-time operation.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across multiple departments, venues, and reporting lines, keeping every stakeholder aligned.
• Manage vendors and delivery partners, including Omega, Deloitte, and application providers, and report status clearly to executives.
• Perform other duties as required; the role will evolve over time and may include operational responsibilities during the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Benefits

• The chance to build the systems that put every result on the world's screens.
• A collaborative, co-creative culture grounded in inclusion, integrity, and innovation.
• High-impact technology work operating at the very heart of the Games.
• Genuine professional growth alongside a diverse, world-class technology delivery team.
