About The Position
The Manager of Respiratory Services oversees the daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy Department, ensuring delivery of safe, high-quality respiratory care services while managing staff, resources, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Graduate of COARC approved Respiratory Therapy Program
- Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in a medically related department required.
- Minimum five years as a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) required.
- Minimum five years of recent acute care experience required.
- Current RCP license from the State of California required.
- Current BLS (AHA) and PALS (AHA) required
- NRP required within 30 days of hire
