About The Position

This position is located in Fresno/Clovis, CA. The Manager of Respiratory Care will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their dynamic team, supervising and mentoring all respiratory care practitioners, and assisting the Director by preparing quarterly and annual budget goals. In collaboration with the Medical Director, the manager will develop efficient and effective methods to evaluate the quality and diversity of the respiratory care provided to patients per established goals. The manager will have the support of 4 Supervisors to oversee a staff of over 35 Respiratory Therapists. The team will rely on the manager for insight into workflow and expected quality standards, as well as leadership and mediation in areas such as staffing, performance evaluation, and provision of services.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
Degree from an AMA school of Respiratory Care required
3 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated leadership ability required
Knowledge of all pulmonary procedures, modalities and related activities required
State of California Respiratory Care Practitioner License required
Registered Respiratory Therapist w/ NBRC required
