This includes hiring, onboarding, mentoring staff, developing schedules, managing admissions, completing documentation, overseeing budgets and metrics, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing facilities, and tracking support plans. The manager is expected to deliver person-centered care and services, ensure timely documentation, and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
