The primary responsibility is to lead the team that delivers person centered care and services to those we support in a residential setting to fulfill our purpose for existing “We believe the world shines brighter when people with developmental disabilities achieve their full potential.” The role involves managing talent, leading programs, and ensuring person-centered care and services. This includes hiring, onboarding, mentoring staff, developing schedules, and removing barriers to achieve results. The position also involves program leadership, engaging in the admission of individuals, completing documentation, managing budgets and metrics, ensuring compliance with operating procedures and regulations, and managing facilities. A significant part of the role is ensuring timely and comprehensive documentation, tracking and updating Individual Support Plans (ISP/PSP), and communicating with parents and guardians. The role requires delivering person-centered care and services.
