About The Position
Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a Manager for Rehab Services. As a Rehab Manager, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality rehabilitation services that meet or exceed customer expectations. You will lead cohesive teams that maintain compliance with regulations, develop and implement strategic plans, and serve as a mentor and role model for professional practice. You will also develop and maintain the unit operating budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Higher Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech Therapy
- License in Appropriate Discipline
- Certification for Appropriate Discipline
- BLS - AHA
- Clinical Rehab Services - 5 Years
- Previous Supervisory Experience Required
