Position Overview: The Manager, Regulatory Compliance is responsible for overseeing and monitoring CrossCountry Mortgage’s regulatory change management program to ensure compliance to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, conducting risk assessments, and implementing compliance policies and procedures. The Manager, Regulatory Compliance works closely with applicable business stakeholders to maintain compliance across the organization and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
