About The Position

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors, a Supply Chain Leader actively guides, trains, mentors, and monitors Supply Chain colleagues while contributing to the development and execution of Departmental, Ministry, and System Office based strategic plans. This role provides operations and/or optimization leadership focus, may provide leadership and direction through managers, and balances staff leadership with broader organizational direction and administration. The Manager is accountable for the performance, regulatory readiness, and results of a single large, strategic area within a medium to large-sized single functional domain in a limited geography and/or a defined segment or service line.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Six (6) to seven (7) years progressively responsible experience with 4-5 years in Value Analysis or closely related discipline.
  • Verifiable 2-3 years of leadership experience in a progressive work environment with complex, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Candidates need to live within IL/IN region.
  • Adapt to frequent interruptions, shifting priorities & stressful situations.
  • Attend to tasks until complete, understand & relate to complex ideas & concepts & be able to remember multiple tasks & regimens extending over long periods of time & work on concurrent tasks / projects.
  • Read small print, frequent ability to hear normal sounds & voice patterns, able to give / receive instructions & other verbal communications in-person & over the phone / computer / device / equipment assigned with some background noise.
  • Perform frequent manual dexterity activities & occasional grasping/handling.
  • Continuous attention to maintain a safe working environment & use of available personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Comply with Trinity Health’s policies & procedures.

  • Manages daily staff activities for the assigned area or function, including daily staffing assignments and levels.

Benefits

  • Pay Range: $98240 - $147360 per year
  • Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
