About The Position

The Regional Manager is tasked with addressing field-based assignments within a designated region or specific “store within a store” location, as well as on a national scale. Their primary objective is to rehabilitate these locations, restoring performance to operational standards and profitability goals, ensuring a smooth transition back to regular management. Acting an agile operator and adapts to business needs and maintains proactive communication with the Regional Director regarding all operational aspects they’re assigned to. Depending on business requirements, assignments can last up to 10 weeks, requiring the Regional Manager to quickly relocate and take on all managerial responsibilities in areas such as Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, along with daily operations. They will oversee the complete Talent Acquisition process for Sales Representatives and may also participate in Store Manager interviews. This open position oversees the following retail locations: Bass Pro – Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Bass Pro – Las Vegas, NV, Bass Pro – Irvine, CA.
