Manager, Regional Marketing

Rohit GroupSaskatoon, SK

About The Position

Rohit Homes is Canada's design-led homebuilder with nearly 40 years of history and a national portfolio. The company is evolving into a brand people are proud to own, with Designer Interiors™ curated in partnership with an interior design partner. Saskatchewan is a key market with a plan for disciplined growth across multiple communities. This role is responsible for owning the marketing engine behind this growth, taking the national strategy and implementing it on the ground through sales centers, showhomes, campaigns, realtor toolkits, digital channels, and community activations. The primary focus is on driving sales performance in Saskatchewan, working closely with the Sales Manager to maintain a healthy pipeline, equip realtors, and uphold Rohit's brand and pricing discipline.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of marketing experience, with meaningful time in a commercial, sales-adjacent role, ideally in homebuilding, real estate, premium retail, hospitality, or another design-led, high-consideration category.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning a regional marketing number and moving it.
  • Proven ability to work closely with a sales leader under pressure without overstepping boundaries.
  • Strong tactical marketing skills: ability to brief an agency, write copy, review a render, pull a media report, and fix a sales centre display.
  • Fluency in realtor or channel-enabled sales models; comfort operating in a manufacturer-to-dealer-style marketing function.
  • Strong digital marketing foundations: performance media, SEO/SEM, CRM, email, social, analytics, and an understanding of how apps and DTC funnels work.
  • Exceptional brand and taste judgment.
  • Budget ownership experience with a bias to ROI and margin.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable briefing executives and coaching realtor partners.
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.

Nice To Haves

  • Saskatchewan market knowledge is a significant asset.
  • CHBA/real estate industry credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the tactical marketing work required to keep Saskatchewan's SSC plan on track, week by week, with the sales number as the top priority.
  • Partner with the Saskatchewan Sales Manager in a structured weekly operating rhythm to review pipeline health, absorption, inventory aging by community, and product-mix performance, deploying marketing responses quickly.
  • Own the 2026 Saskatchewan marketing plan, budget, and tactical calendar, mapped community-by-community to the SSC plan and project timing.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external agencies to deliver collateral, advertising, signage, renderings, and digital assets on time, on brand, and on budget.
  • Ensure every sales centre, showhome, hoarding, and community touchpoint in Saskatchewan is fully branded, merchandised, and experientially on-standard, in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Track campaign and tactic performance weekly, reallocating spend toward effective strategies and discontinuing ineffective ones.
  • Localize the national realtor toolkit (Designer Interiors™ narratives, pricing stories, product one-pagers, lookbooks) for Saskatchewan communities and product mix.
  • Deliver regular realtor training content, showhome walk-through materials, and lunch-and-learn sessions in partnership with the Sales Manager.
  • Work with the Sales Manager to maintain a feedback loop from realtors into the marketing plan, surfacing objections, winning stories, and competitive intel.
  • Contribute to the national Realtor Satisfaction / Advocacy measurement program.
  • Lead Saskatchewan’s Designer Interiors™ narrative, amplifying the newest generation of interiors.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, virtual tours, and digital merchandising for every new Designer Interior release in Saskatchewan showhomes.
  • Ensure sales centres, showhomes, and marketing assets visibly reflect the brand evolution and the interior design partner's design authority.
  • Feed regional learnings back to the Director of Marketing to refine the national rollout.
  • Support the national Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) build by driving Saskatchewan-level adoption of the My Rohit Home App among buyers and realtors.
  • Ensure Saskatchewan inventory imagery and content in the App are always current, accurate, and visually consistent with the brand.
  • Drive App downloads, active users, and in-App engagement through local campaigns, sales centre activations, and realtor enablement.
  • Partner with Enterprise Marketing and the Technology Transformation team to test, refine, and localize DTC flows for the Saskatchewan market.
  • Feed field insight back into product iterations.
  • Contribute Saskatchewan market intelligence, buyer insight, and competitive context to national planning, campaign development, and brand reviews.
  • Support cross-regional initiatives with local execution and Saskatchewan-specific adaptation.
  • Champion consistency, ensuring Saskatchewan adheres to national brand, tone, and visual standards.
  • Manage the Saskatchewan marketing budget with discipline, forecasting, tracking, and reporting spend against SSC outcomes.

  • Monitor competitors, resale market dynamics, and Saskatchewan-specific demand signals, translating observations into recommended actions.
