This role will lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Operations Partners, manage recruiting operations for assigned business areas, ensure data integrity, and improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations
• 1-3+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience supporting clinical or technical roles
• Bachelor’s degree in related field

Nice To Haves

• Physician Recruiting support experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Operations Partners, including performance management and development planning
• Own recruiting operations for assigned business areas, including scheduling, candidate communication, and sourcing support
• Ensure data integrity across ATS/CRM systems and drive accurate reporting and metrics tracking
• Improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience through SOPs and operational enhancements
• Serve as a trusted partner and escalation point while maintaining high service standards, confidentiality, and stakeholder relationships
