Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Two to three years of team management experience, ideally within campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent management.
  • Experience in a professional services environment or in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting, with a strong understanding of student recruitment and campus relations.
  • A strong ability to influence, build lasting trusted relationships, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences and situations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate events, meet deadlines, and optimize resources.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, data management tools, and post-secondary or university environments.
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written, and comfort in English to interact with English-speaking stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of campus recruitment professionals across the Greater Montreal area by fostering coaching, growth, engagement, and a high-performance culture.
  • Set regional priorities and drive the execution of the national campus recruitment strategy to attract top emerging talent and support the firm’s growth ambitions.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to regional leaders and HR teams by anticipating needs, influencing decisions, and aligning recruitment initiatives with business priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, faculties, professors, and career centres to increase visibility, strengthen our presence, and sustainably grow our talent pipeline.
  • Bring a distinctive employer brand to life on campus through creative initiatives, high-value events, and candidate experiences that are authentic, engaging, and memorable.
  • Manage and optimize the regional campus budget through thoughtful investments, disciplined execution, and a measurable return on investment.
  • Drive performance through key metrics and meaningful data to inform decisions, strengthen strategies, and maximize the impact of recruitment initiatives.
  • Represent the firm with pride in national campus recruitment initiatives and ensure a regional approach that is aligned, agile, and grounded in market realities.
  • Be present at key events, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support the team, build meaningful connections, and showcase our value proposition to emerging talent.
